A Romantic Getaway Remembered

The restaurant was fantastic, Reda provided very nice service. Nothing was too much trouble! Ahmed also gave fantastic service. He met all our needs. Mohamed, one of the chefs in the kitchen, prepared really good dishes. The staff surprised my daughter with a birthday celebration including a cake and special table layout!

The facilities are quite good with a large complex that suited my needs well. Entertainment was well-received. I was pleased with the buffet breakfast and also found the traditional Egyptian food at the buffet to be a highlight. Alesia, the customer relations representative, really supported all guests with any issues they faced.
I noticed the main pool was a bit slippery. Extra care is needed when walking around the pool area to prevent accidents.

My room had some issues. The shower temperature fluctuated wildly, it went from scalding hot to freezing cold suddenly. The buffet was chaotic. It was a constant battle to find a clean table. The staff seemed overwhelmed! resulting in slow service and frequent disagreements among themselves.
